Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has said Australia won't change the rules for Novak Djokovic, the world's number one tennis star. That is what happens.
He was arrested shortly after landing at Melbourne Airport. The tennis star will now be transferred back to the country due to a lack of nimbus vaccine. He's presently being held in a government-run hostel.
According to Australian media, Djokovic landed at Melbourne Airport to play tennis at the Australian Open at night Bangladesh time on Wednesday. He was granted a visa after relaxing the crack conditions so that he could play in this Grand Slam event in Australia.
Djokovic applied for a visa with the authorization of the special medical panel without the nimbus vaccine. The allocation of the visa to the Serbian star provoked strong responses from the Australian government.
It's also batted whether the rules will be violated in special cases. The high minister said the medical panel had given Djokovic an authorization on what basis. However, the world's number one tennis star will have to return home, If that answer isn't respectable to Australian immigration.
According to the Australian review The Edge, Djokovic wasn't allowed to leave the Melbourne field due to visa complications.
